Service Description

Join Jacquelyn for a 3 week yoga immersion to either reinvigorate your current practice or start your yoga practice from scratch. WHY: -You will start, or reinvigorate your yoga practice -You will learn short 5 minute meditation practices to compliment your yoga -You will learn breathing excercises or pranayama -You will learn basic postures, breath, alignment, twists and balancing. -you will join a private community of yogis who will elevate each other and become global friends. HOW: -we will meet live on zoom twice a week. 6 classes at one hour each. WHAT YOU NEED: -yoga mat, 2 pillows (or yoga bolster), 2 yoga blocks or books as substitute optional, a journal, and a belt or yoga strap. -2 hour commitment each week (6 hours total) -a computer or phone to view classes -download the Zoom app or watch on browser (you do not need to purchase a plan).
